Recent client relationships under his leadership include WeWork, Lightstone, AJ Capital, and IHG, for which Hiten has successfully delivered high-profile projects: WeLive, Cornell Tech Graduate Hotel, Moxy Williamsburg, Moxy Chelsea, and Crown Plaza HY36.
