Patrick’s collaborative approach and attention to detail ensures that his projects fit the property’s market positioning and audience.

Patrick has overseen multiple renovations to the New York St. Regis Hotel and has contributed to other notable historic renovation projects at the firm. He was the Project Architect for the new build Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn and developed multiple retail studies for the Manhattan Times Square Hotel and the ‘W’ Hotel, also in Times Square.
