Manhattan-based design firm Stonehill & Taylor unveiled well-received plans for the restoration of the Salvation Army building to the city’s Technical Review Committee Tuesday. Maser waterfront redeveloper iStar Financial brought Stonehill & Taylor in to transform the long-vacant building into a 110-boutique style hotel, located on the block bound by Kingsley, Third and Fourth avenues and Bergh Street.
