The design of the new NYLO New York City carries motifs from New York’s Jazz Era in the 1920s, when the neighborhood was home to a thriving club/speakeasy scene. The $8.14 million renovation morphed the former On The Ave hotel into the first hospitality lifestyle brand in the neighborhood.
