This project entailed a phased renovation and full upgrade of The Carlyle's infrastructure, as well as renovation of all guestrooms of the iconic New York institution. Stonehill Taylor provided all new gut renovated guestrooms and baths with renovated base building systems, including a new infrastructure with 4 pipe HVAC, sprinkler, fire alarm, electrical service and emergency generator.
