In a continuation of the Hyatt Centric Nashville’s residential theme, the hotel’s food-and-beverage space, named Ella’s, riffs on a conservatory, a place to come together, relax, and meet other visitors. With a white, pine green, and wood palette running throughout and a layering of floral elements, animals hidden within wall coverings, and plant life, the space conveys a modern interpretation of nature. One can glimpse at what is going on in the kitchen at the dining counter with an open kitchen experience. A dividing wall, a highly curated custom millwork piece with ribbed glass, at the entry offers visibility and openness between the lobby and restaurant, obscuring the view into the restaurant but hinting at the liveliness of the space, while also lending an area for the display greenery.
