Stonehill Taylor rehabilitated this elegant 1903 Broadway theater to provide a unique kind of facility for the adjacent Millennium Broadway Hotel. An extensive array of innovative audio-visual, theatrical, and flexible seating installations was fitted into the opulent landmarked interior to provide a gracious setting for a wide variety of diverse functions, including dinner theaters, fashion shows, product introductions, weddings, and business meetings. The restoration included designs for new furnishings and carpeting as well as painstaking research and conservation work to uncover and restore incomparable decorative painting and gilding, stained glass, crystal light fixtures, and mosaic tilework, all originally created by the renowned Louis Comfort Tiffany& Co.
