After a $30 Million renovation, the historic Renaissance St. Louis Grand reopened as the St. Louis Grand Marriott with a revamped lobby, restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, and 950 guest rooms and suites. Inspired by the city of St. Louis and the heart of its people, the new design concept references a city in transition where old and new intermingle with a sense of local pride. For the hotel’s premier meeting spaces, the team added over 4,500 SF to the already existing 50,000 + SF of event space. The second tower of the Renaissance St. Louis Grand is connected to the main tower through an underground walkway crossing the street. Overall, the team added over 4,500 sq. ft. to the hotel’s already existing 50,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space.
