The 56-story Millennium Downtown NY, extensively damaged by the collapse of the World Trade Center directly across the street, was re-opened after a complete restoration, including the plaza, facade, building infrastructure, public spaces, restaurants, conference center, pool and recreation facilities, and all 561 guest rooms. Stonehill Taylor worked with the owner, insurance providers, and government agencies to rebuild and reopen this recognized downtown destination within an accelerated timeline.
