Located in the heart of New York’s theater district, the renovation of the Paramount Hotel included a refresh of the Paramount Bar & Grill to bring the landmark to its original glamour. The 20-seatfull-service bar, visible from the lobby, draws guests into the modern 2,500 SF space. Inspired by the locale, dramatic lighting, a vibrant backlight skylight, and high-gloss ceiling bring the restaurant to life. Pops of the signature Corso red are seen throughout, along with marble counters, and an eclectic mix of art.
