For the total renovation of the word class Peninsula Hotel’s top four floors, Stonehill Taylor led a team of designers and engineers to create an ultra-luxurious, five-star experience for hotel, spa, and fitness guests. The 25,000 SF project included updates to the spa, pool, treatment rooms, fitness center, and the hotel’s renowned rooftop bar. Rich materials combined with a carefully engineered circulation sequence produced a tranquil yet invigorating feel throughout the space. The team worked with the Landmarks Preservation Commission to complete the $10 million restoration of this historic building.
