St. Regis New York

New York, NY

Stonehill Taylor led the nationwide team of consultants for The St. Regis New York’s multi-million-dollar renovation to bring the hotel to the next level for guests. The work included major re-planning and reconstruction of the high-end suites, including branded suites, furnishing and finishes replacement and architectural refresh to all typical guestrooms and suites, major infrastructure and technology upgrades in all rooms, and a refresh of the Astor Court and King Cole bar.

In addition to the 292 guestrooms, the team renovated the specialty suites, catering to the iconic look of each of their namesakes: Dior, Bentley, Tiffany’s, and Milano. The upgrades to these spaces included the enlargement of the bathroom, with expanded showers, heated marble floors, and enhanced lighting, to create a luxurious experience. All guestrooms also received custom, advanced technological systems to give the guests more control over their experience as well as enable the hotel to be more sustainable.
