Originally built in the 1920s as a residential hotel, The Surrey was fully modernized into a luxury 5-star hotel property. The scope for the total renovation included the spacious lobby and lounge, Café Boulud, 190 guestrooms, with Presidential and Penthouse suites, a spa facility, and fitness center. Extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades were integrated into the new contemporary interior design in addition to full ADA compliance.
