Architecture

Stonehill Taylor, in collaboration with Interior Designer Meg Sharpe, re-envisioned the 31- story building located at 300 E 64th Street to be a high-end luxury condominium tower. Detailed by a mix of traditional and contemporary, the design and architecture is elegant with a playful air. The renovation included the design and construction of 102 units ranging from 1,431 sf to 469 sf and amenities spaces.

A residential property inspired by hospitality, the amenities of the building cater to a lavish lifestyle. Communal spaces include an expansive roof deck with communal tables, bars, and custom furniture, a screening room detailed with wood and marble, a laundry room, a library featuring a curated collection of artwork and literary books, classically finished with natural materials including wood, stone, and wool textiles, and a private gym and fitness studio.
