The 13-story, 155,000 square foot ACE Brooklyn sits on top of a subway tunnel in downtown Brooklyn. The location required structural isolation of the building core within the concrete structural frame to limit the tunnel’s vibrations into guestrooms. The exposed concrete building features a restaurant, lobby bar, coffee shop, and interior spring garden. Guestrooms begin on the third floor, and floors 5-13 each have 29 rooms. The hotel also features meeting rooms, an event space, and a fitness center.
