Gertrude & Louis Feil Family Research Building

This project involved the gut renovation and expansion of a four-floor, 39,000 s.f. Rolls Royce parking garage into a five-floor office and research laboratory building with a cellar, mechanical room, and two mechanical penthouses, totaling 64,500 s.f. The existing structure was demolished while the façade and structural frame were maintained as required by zoning regulations to substantially increase the building area.
