Stonehill Taylor completed interior design of the new 22-story Liberty Harbor East on the Baltimore Waterfront. Drawing its name from Liberty Tsakalos, the late sister of Harbor East founder John Paterakis Sr, the 282-unit luxury multifamily property will also incorporate 33 private condos and a sweeping outdoor pool and deck overlooking the waterfront.
The project’s design pulls inspiration from the Baltimore Waterfront, revealed in subtle nautical motifs dappled throughout the property. With exteriors designed by Hickok Cole Architects, the building’s curtain wall resembles the sails of the marina below. To compliment the exterior, Stonehill Taylor’s interior design team crafted a look and feel that references modern boating vessels shown through artful details using natural materials and a neutral color palette.
