Interior Design

The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick underwent a major redesign of its public spaces overseen by Stonehill Taylor. The existing atrium lobby was renovated to create a signature identity for the hotel: a warm, welcoming gathering place with strong focal points and rich tactile materials, including rough-hewn stone and rosewood. The redesign included all public spaces, including 30,000 square feet of existing ballroom and meeting space, as well as the addition of a new 6,000 square foot conference center. An underutilized ballroom in the hotel’s basement was opened to the lobby with a new grand staircase to bring in both guests and natural light.
