The scope includes condos, guestrooms, public spaces, restaurant and bar, conference center, private mountain club, fitness center, and exterior common areas. The 99-room family-friendly hotel with ski-in, ski-out access to Snowmass is a much-needed addition to the town’s hospitality scene. The property will also incorporate 11 luxury private residences and a new Snowmass Mountain Club
