Stonehill Taylor led the nationwide team of consultants on The St. Regis New York’s multi-million-dollar renovation. The work included major re-planning and reconstruction of the high-end suites, including branded suites, furnishing and finishes replacement and architectural refresh to all typical guestrooms and suites, major infrastructure and technology upgrades in all rooms, and a refresh of the Astor Court and King Cole bar.

The specialty suites were completely custom and catered to the iconic look of each of their namesake’s: Dior, Bentley, Tiffany’s, and Milano. The upgrades to these spaces included the enlargement of the bathroom, with expanded showers, heated marble floors, and enhanced lighting, to create a luxurious experience. All guestrooms also received custom, advanced technological systems to give the guests more control over their experience as well as enable the hotel to be more sustainable.
