Interior Design
Stonehill Taylor is currently working on the interior design for a new build condo and extended stay hotel building. The building is approximately 227,000 sf and has a mix of condos and extended stay hotel units. Inspired by the building’s location, on the land of the former Vanderbilt race track, the design focuses contains smart nods to racing and the land’s history. This luxury level building comes with resort level amenities including a state of the art fitness center, pool, lobby, bar, and restaurant.
