Adam Blatner
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Drawing from experience with a variety of project types – high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, multi-family, and custom single-family residential – Adam takes at once a technical, holistic, and civic-minded approach to design. In his role as Associate, Adam is regarded for his understanding of technology, sustainability, and innovative building techniques. He is a resource to colleagues and clients for his ability to translate complex technical issues of large-scale critical projects into simple language, and recognized for his ability to employ software to improve coordination and quality control of immersive documentation sets.
Adam leads our internal industry software training and creates vital workplace initiatives – including focused user group workshops to streamline solutions across teams. Adam also plays a vital role in the Moxy Bowery in Manhattan, managing the project from Conceptual to Construction as the lead architect, as well as applying his unique skill set and judgment to notable projects, such as AJ Capital/ Graduate Hotels and several ongoing client collaborations.
