Hiten is known for his thoughtful leadership on project management through all stages of the design and delivery process. He harnesses his design passion to approach every project with a structured implementation plan, providing his architectural and consultant teams clear guidance throughout the project. Recent client relationships under his leadership include SoHo House, WeWork, Lightstone, AJ Capital, and IHG, for which Hiten has successfully delivered high-profile projects: Ned’s Club Washington DC, WeLive, Graduate Hotel Roosevelt Island, Moxy Williamsburg, Moxy Chelsea, and Crown Plaza HY36.
